Return & Refund Policy

Meal Subscription

  1. There will be no refund for the 3 day trial.

  2. We offer a refund on the 7/30 day plan, upto 3 days. 10% admin costs will be cut from the refund. GST amount will not be refunded. 

  3. For any plan cancelled after 3 days, we will not refund any amount. You can however transfer the amount to purchase any other subscription plan/bakery item/DIY plans we offer.

Bakery and DIY Plans

There is no refund on the bakery items or DIY Plans.

Exception

  1. When a customer accidentally buys our subscription/bakery item/DIY plan twice from our website, We will initiate a refund on one of the two.
  2. When a customer accidentally buys our subscription/bakery item/DIY plan when he/she wants to buy a different subscription/bakery item/DIY plan.
  3. When a customer buys our subscription/bakery item/DIY plan because of system trouble or error. Exception lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Refunds

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund will be processed to your credit card/ bank transfer within 7 days. We do not issue refunds via cash.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]
